The bike was fun when it worked. The lock mechanism on the battery got stuck and the bike was unrideable.

I Contacted the seller who told me to take it to a bike shop and I had to pay out of pocket. The bike shop could not fix the issue and I had to pay again out of pocket for a locksmith to get the lock fixed.

The battery disengages when you go over bumps and lose power. Definitely unsafe when riding my children. The company did not want to allow me to use the warranty. So basically there appears to be no warranty as they will not honor it.

Our Opinion:

• Very obviously, the battery disengages is the assemble fault and not the seller’s fault. There is something missing between the fabricator and the seller, the seller should allow and assist the customer to make a claim to the fabricator.
• Amazon.com as a big retailer should keep pride on this matter. If not, Amazon.com will lose his business to many small retailers who gives a better service.

I purchased 2 bikes. They were delivered a day earlier than originally scheduled. They were easy to assemble and it looks great and fit and finish is good.

Only problem was coming with standard seat post and supposed to have shock posts. Email support was prompt in responding to correct this, although it is on a slow boat from China and do not have it after a week.

The bike rides very well and all functions work well. Instructions are basic but adequate. Only a few miles on it due to poor weather and I am hopeful it will continue to meet expectations.

Our opinion:

• Packaging with the wrong seat post is definitely the mistake of Rattan from China. The big retailer like Amazon.com will not check before delivery. In 7 days can deliver the suspension seat post can certainly consider a fast service.

I want to run and get one right now. So, I peddled a little bit and it just took off it was fun to ride.

I was ruined by play with the throttle button and speed because is easy to figure out how to turn it on and increase or decrease power.

Everything else was just like a normal bike. Let’s me go to 20 miles which is surely a good amount for a small charge.

From the review ratings, you can see that the bike design and component parts are quality. The problem indicated sending the wrong parts or poor assembly before packaging for delivery.
