This e-bike arrived this morning while took less than an hour to set up. It really is mostly assembled and adjusted right out of the box. The bike is double boxed and the outer box has staples, glue AND tape holding it together. The manual is 60 pages, all in good English as well as excellent pictures.

The seat is not super comfortable (factory ones never are) so I ordered a nice $40 gel foam seat to retrofit.

This is my first e-bike so I have no reference but it briskly accelerated my 207 lb body very well! I rode it 15 miles, while mostly with the throttle open and only lost one bar on battery level. The noise level of the motor and tires was very acceptable, thus I am very pleased with this purchase.
