I have heard others say they had issues with warranty work from Himiway, but that was not my experience. The connector between motor and controller got too hot for me after working it off road and cooked.
They sent me a new motor and controller, I had in a week from California! I was back on the road quick and I so appreciated that.

Delivery in a week, fairly simple assembly in 30 minutes. The ride and power are terrific. Had an issue with brake controller that customer service resolved quickly. I would recommend HIMIWAY comfort seat and handle bar riser for a better posture and long riding position. Quality is very good and value is exceptional
