Recently I purchased two Elements for my wife and I.  We are in our 60’s and these are our first electric bikes.  We purchased them in St. George, UT and they were delivered to our home the same day. The gentleman that delivered the bikes, truly took the time to thoroughly explain them to us. 

The following day we went on a 7 mile ride through very hilly terrain.  The bikes climbed them with ease due to the powerful motor.  They handle very well and are very stable, hence we couldn’t be happier! 

If you are looking for a high quality bike at a reasonable  price, surely the Element is for you.

Received excellent customer Service from Todd Ketch at the Alexandria PEDEGO! I asked him to tell us about all the extras we could get on the Element. Todd recommended the wider cushier seats and longer stem so we could sit upright when riding, and the rear rack for the PEDEGO bags are awesome.

We are 63 and 65 years old, so that needed just a little help going up hills. This bike is perfect not too heavy and gets us out to see the sights. I am delighted when he told us about the SENA helmets. We can now communicate with the helmets and listen to the radio while pedaling along.

Both of us are not very mechanical and planned to travel so happy that there are PEDEGO stores all over in case we need something adjusted. LOVE this ELEMENT!
