My first E-bike so I did my research. The assembly was easy using the tools supplied by VELOWAVE. The welds are of high standards while inspecting the bike frame and rear support.

The bike is heavy at 77 lbs, but helps with the stability of the ride. I used the pedal assist on a 25 mile ride, using the lower one, found it still had 97 % battery life available, so it is very impressive. VELOWAVE PRADO S climb hills effortlessly and because of the wide seat it is comfortable for a long ride. Overall, I am certainly pleased to ride and the handling of this bike.

Summary of the poor rating events:

• Amie gives one star rating just because the small issue not yet solved after 11 weeks. Amie has no complain about the e-bike or customer support.
• Two certified buyers give two star rating. Darren is not happy because have to extra fee to the chosen bank. David is faced with an intermittent throttle failure after 2 days of driving and he has no complaint to the VELOWAVE because they will replace a new electric bike for him.
