Just love this new way to get around. It’s quick, very maneuverable, has a great range even using 100% electric power.
As a 35-year automotive master technician, noisy brakes are an extremity, and preventable annoyance. The brakes on this e-bike are simply embarrassing and noisy. I’ve attempted to resolve it and think I will just have to buy different brands and compounds until I can find ones that it should have been sold with.
Tire punctures are a real threat on these Kenda tires, as the rubber between the raised lugs is extremely thin. 3 flat tires in two weeks did not make feel secure riding it anymore.

These wheels should have the puncture preventive nylon bands installed before shipping, and/or better tires that actually have 5mm rubber or more. The nylon bands were not readily found, so I made my own, and also filled the inner-tubes with Slime as a second level of prevention. So far, now with almost 400km on it, I am feeling a bit more secure on the road.

Our Opinion:

• Complaint about flat tire is valid – You can ask for Sale support how to improve the tire flat case. Will they install nylon bands and filled the inner tube with Slime.
• The complaint of noisy brake can be an isolating case and be able to support by the Seller to solve it. – With this case, we can conclude that the after-sale service is poor. Or they may think that any local bicycle shop can easily solve this noisy brake issue.

I have had my bike since early May 2020 and it was love at first ride! She is smooth on the various assisting levels and the thumb throttle is much safer than a twist throttle for us over 65 year old’s.

The take off with the throttle is very smooth and not jumpy as some other bike brand owners have been reporting. I can ride on snowmobile trails as easily as paved and gravel bike trails!

Get lots of compliments! If you want a bike to help you out when taking a leisurely ride of 20+ miles, this is the one. Highly recommend this bike!

Conclusion:

From the certified buyer reviews, you can see that the noisy brake and flat tire are the most disturbing complaint. The response of Seller Support is also poor and give no answer to the complaint buyers.

Do you think any local bicycle shop can easily solve the noisy brake issue? I believed it is possible can be repaired by the local bicycle shop. But it is good to ask to Seller how is the after sale service promised to the buyers. Do not forget to ask before buying any e-bike from any retailer.

My opinion is EUNORAU Folding Fat Tire E-Bike is well-designed for all-rounded commuting and weekend adventure touring.
