This is my first electric bike. I’ve put about 40 miles on the bike so far. It’s a lot of fun to ride. The throttle demand is great when you want to start from a complete stop or just don’t feel like pedaling.

The bike has good weight to it and a solid feel while riding at the higher speeds.

Quality control is good. The bike arrived intact and it took me about an hour to assemble. I have not had any issues with the Big Dog from Himiway and extremely happy with this product.

The wife and I are over 60 but we are living in a hilly area. I certainly didn’t want to pedal the old 10 speed regular bikes up all the hills anymore.

After researching a lot before we decided to try the E-bike from Himiway. While riding the HIMIWAY e-bike, we have been having a blast and hills are a breeze now.

But I had a factory defect in my front tire of the new e-bike and they sent me a new one right away. That kind of excellent service has encouraged me a lot, so I decided to go ahead and order spare tires, tubes, battery chargers, and batteries. Everything has gotten here without issue as well as I even got the comfort package, mirrors, luggage, and locks.

Surely, I wouldn’t have taken that plunge without good service. So far we are very happy and I highly recommend Big Dog bikes from Himiway!

I originally bought my bike back in December, they originally told me March delivery, but it wasn’t delivered till April.

It was advertised with two racks in the box, but it only came with one. When I brought this to Himiway‘s attention, they did not stand behind their advertising. HIMIWAY builds good bikes, but they have horrible customer service and does not stand by what they’re advertising. Buy at your own risk.

Our Opinions:

• The delay in delivery is surely the HIMIWAY failure to keep a good communication with the buyers.
• From the HIMIWAY BIG DOG specification, it is supplied with the rear rack only. So it could be the miss understanding since we are not sure where the buyer see two racks in the advertising.
