I am very impressed with the quality of the bike. It came earlier than expected, while it was very easy to assemble the front tire, handle bars and pedals.
Recommend save the $120 to have it assembled, unless you’re not comfortable doing it. The bike is so much fun to ride! With the pedal assist, I’m certainly able to get up to 30 mph plus in some cases. The Shimano equipment is very nice because the bike shifts with precision.
I’ve only had it a couple weeks, so we’ll see how it holds up but very happy so far!

We received my 15 year old’s Velowave electric bike on time. While we assembled it together, which was easy and my son loves the bike.
Although we had an issue with the inner tube being defective on arrival, but Susie at Velowave was awesome! She took care of the issue immediately so we are happy now.
The bike itself was built great as well as it has lots of power and my son has been riding it everywhere. Great investment, so my son couldn’t be happier.
