Generally, I would say this is a good, $500 e-bike. It has some lower-end, name brand components (Shimano is a good name, of course). It has a real chain (some e-bikes don’t!). If you go to your local Trek store and spend $3000, you will get a better bicycle. But this seems to be a good $500 bike. We will see how long it lasts.
One other thing – we got it for our daughter, and the seatpost and handlebars have LOTS of possible height adjustment in them. So that’s great. Might last her a long time.

We received our bikes several days ago. It has been a very long time since I put a bike together, but it was very easy. First one took about 40 minutes and the second one about 25. Have to say I am impressed with this bike so far. Easy to use and very well built bike.
We did change the seats out for something more suited for us old people. Had a question for the company and they were very prompt in responding. It is great to be able to get out and ride again. Recommend this product if you’re looking for a reasonably priced bike.
