This bike is epic (Fat Pax Step-Thru), bought it for my wife and she loves it. Not gonna lie so do I when I take it out with our daughter in tow in the Thule trailer. Its battery life is phenomenal and we can get all over San Clemente.

Love it so much, can’t wait for mine to arrive in April so we can all cruise San Clemente as a family. Highly recommend. Sales team and service on the bike is also top notch. Love supporting them locally here in our hometown.

These bikes are fantastic!! Bikes delivered in November. We live in Illinois and used them many times before it got too cold. We look forward to warmer weather. Both of us possess arthritis in our knees and the bikes really help with inclines and long distance biking!!

Although there are no shipping details, there is a video showing how the new bike was delivered. And there are five purchasers who buy online, do not have delivery problems. Just a buyer who still gives a 5 star rating complain about no instructions to teach assembly. Obviously this complaint is invalid.
